Picture day details (date, time, and location) will be communicated by your team coordinator or club director. Capture IT Studios will be set up and ready at the designated venue. Please arrive at your assigned time slot with your athlete in full uniform.
Choose your package above (Starter $55, All-Star $85, or MVP $120) and submit your order before or on picture day. Payment can be made online or in person. After picture day, you’ll receive a link to view proofs and confirm your selections.
Digital images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after picture day. Printed products (8x10s, 5x7s, wallets, memory mates) are delivered within 10–14 business days. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Athletes should arrive in their full game uniform — clean and pressed. Bring any accessories (headbands, kneepads, shoes) they want in their photos. We recommend arriving camera-ready as there are limited touch-up opportunities on site.
Yes! You can upgrade your package or add individual prints within 14 days of receiving your digital proofs. After that window, reprints are available at the add-on pricing listed above (8×10 $20, 5×7 $15, 4×6 $10).
Contact your team coordinator to arrange a makeup session. Capture IT Studios offers makeup picture days when possible, or we can schedule an individual session at our studio. Makeup sessions may be subject to a $25 scheduling fee depending on availability.
