We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most photography services, including commercial photography, and . For we strongly recommend booking 3–6 months ahead to secure your date, as weekends fill up quickly — especially during peak project season in Raleigh and the Triangle. Real estate photography can often be scheduled within 48 hours depending on availability. Contact us and we will find a time that works for your schedule.

Turnaround times vary by service type. Real estate photography is typically delivered same-day or next-day to help your listings go live fast. and commercial sessions are delivered within 3–5 business days. and sport photography galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days. Full galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive projects at an additional fee.

While our studio is based in Raleigh, we serve the entire Triangle region including Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Garner, and all of Wake County. We also regularly travel to Wilmington, Charlotte, Greensboro, Asheville, and other North Carolina cities for commercial projects, aerial photography, and larger engagements. Yes! We provide both aerial photography and dedicated drone photography services across Raleigh, the Triangle, and all of North Carolina. All of our drone pilots hold valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and carry comprehensive liability insurance with $1M minimum coverage per occurrence. We operate professional-grade DJI platforms capable of capturing up to 42MP stills and 5.2K cinematic video. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for any project or venue in Wake County and beyond.

Every Capture IT Studios package includes a pre-session consultation, professional on-location or in-studio photography with our experienced Raleigh-based team, professional retouching and color grading of all delivered images, and secure online gallery delivery. Specific deliverables vary by service — for example, real estate photography packages include HDR processing and MLS-optimized images, while include full-day coverage and a curated highlight gallery. We understand plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to photographer availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session receive a credit toward a future booking valid for 12 months. For due to the exclusive nature of date reservations, cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Weather-dependent sessions — including outdoor and aerial photography — are rescheduled at no cost if conditions are unsafe. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
